Anytime Towing Anytime Towing is available for callout 24 hours a day or by prior appointment.
Please note that if you make a booking for a pickup or drop off, and are no longer wanting the service, call in advance to cancel the booking. This will prevent us from needing to charge you a call out fee.
When sending an email make sure we have your name, contact number, pick up and drop off addresses as well as any extra information well in advance.
In the event of a pickup you will need to provide us with the following information as a minimum, at the time of calling:
- Is this a crash, if so what damage has occurred?
- Will the keys for the vehicle be available?
- Does the vehicle start, or at least have battery power?
- Are there wheels/tyres on the vehicle and are the tyres flat or inflated?
- Is the car modified and lowered - we can manage low cars, just let us know how low!
- Is the car damaged in any way that may affect loading (eg. broken steering, burnt out, broken suspension)
- Is it in a difficult spot to pick up or drop off - remember we have a big truck so tight spaces or nil turning circle space needs to be known in advance?
